My Opinion About FemDominas:
Out of all the addresses that a dominatrix could have, Domina has always been among my favourite. It's a term more often heard in Europe than in North America, and it has a ring of aristocracy about it that I quite enjoy. Fem Dominas features a number of female dommes and their pleasure extends to both male and female submissives.
There are a few extras with your membership, and this includes dozens of fetish-related plug-in feeds as well as more mainstream hardcore. However, if you want even more BDSM, then instead of joining FemDominas as a single site, you might want to consider joining the members' extreme all pass. For ten dollars more, this pass will give you access to eight sites including Rick Savage, Pain Freaks, Amateur Bondage Videos, Smoke 4 U, Titanic Titties, Tokyo Slaves and Pure Spanking.
There's nothing particularly special about the design. All content is accessible from the menu or from the featured update and archive list lining the members' page. Also, all of the content is dated, so it's immediately noticeable that the site updates with videos five times a month and adds photos approximately twice a week, which should keep even the most begging submissive a happy camper. Already there are 85 picture sets and 47 movies.
What seemed a little strange to me was that when I opened the photo gallery, the latest update featured a male dom taking the lead over a male sub. I am all for variety, believe me, but usually we would purchase a site called femdominas.com for the very fact that there aren't any males dominating others on the site at all. Fortunately, this is more the exception than it is the rule. Photos are rather amateur and look to be snapshots of a series of different BDSM-themed scenarios. You can view a slideshow or look at the photos manually, but I sort of wished there had been a zip file to download a complete set. The images are crisp, but, at 751x563, they aren't particularly large. In one newer set, a femdom rewards her sub with a foot job while wearing her spiked heels. The set contained around 45 pictures, although other sets are much larger. What I particularly loved about the pictures is that many sets did not simply copy the video sequences, so it's almost as if you're getting double the amount of domination than you first anticipate.
All videos are 1000Kbps 460x345 QuickTime files. There's a lower-quality file, but it seemed to me that most connections would be able to handle the higher-quality downloads. There aren't any clips to download, but you can stream the videos if you don't want to save them. Rather than just watch the newest video, I decided to follow the movies that members had chosen as their top-rated. In the number one spot was a film called 'Ballkicking Strapons' and the title pretty much tells it all. The acting, and there seemed to be a scripted feel to the session, wasn't the shit. However, once the set dialogue was out of the way, the scene took off as the tough blonde severely kicks her sub in the balls. That's the price one pays for disrespect. Even when doubled over, he seems to have not learned his lesson, and so she pulls out her paddle, and then opts for the biting whip of a thin wisp which slices his ass like a blade. The film was 10 minutes of torment and although there wasn't any strapon action like the title promised, the scene played fantastically.
Final Verdict:
With enough content, constant updates, and some severe punishment scenes, FemDominas is hard not to get off on. However, I felt the site could use some higher-quality films and more browse and video format options. Also, I really would have loved learning more about each of the Fem Dominas, but there wasn't a listing of the mistresses or any other information to draw members into a more intimate relationship with these tough and sometimes rough bitches.
